Q1. While doing a practice session in the Inbox Day-in-life Simulation and while trying to schedule a meeting with a team member for a given date and time, it expects that I press on the “DONE” button. However such a button doesn’t appear on my screen, because of which I am unable to proceed.
It seems the resolution of the browser isn’t compatible with the simulation tool. Please switch to full screen mode or zoom out the screen by pressing the following key.
Shortcut command for Google Chrome/ Mozilla Firefox.
Zoom In: Ctrl + { plus (+)} key
Zoom out: Ctrl + { minus (-)} key
Fullscreen:
For Windows: F11
For Mac: Command + Shift + F
Or simply go to “Customize and control Google Chrome” or Mozilla Firefox “Open menu” to get the option to zoom in, zoom out & full screen.
Q2. I am getting an error message “You are unauthorized to access this page”.
Kindly close the tab and reopen the link in Google Chrome/ Mozilla Firefox incognito window or switch to another network and retry. If the problem persists then share the screenshot of the error page at support@jombay.com.
Q3. I am stuck in the practice session - I’m unable to scroll down the page to select the appropriate action on the team member.
Please make sure you are using the Google Chrome/ Mozilla Firefox browser. If so, then switch the browser to fullscreen mode or zoom out the screen by pressing the following key.

Q4. My screen is stuck at the simulation page - “Your first day will start in 3 seconds.”
Kindly hard refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R) or close the tab as timer is running and reopen the link in Google Chrome/ Mozilla Firefox incognito window.
Q5. My screen is stuck at the simulation page - the questions page for days 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 0r, 17 Dec. As the timer counted down, all I could see was the instructions screen. I was unable to exit the instructions page, to attend to the actual questions.
Kindly refresh/ reload the assessment page as this happens if you press the browser back button or if you have pressed the touchpad for a long time.
Q6. While taking the Inbox Day-in-life Simulation I pressed the Exit Button by mistake. Now when I try to complete the task, the system is showing it as "Completed".
The responses get recorded basis the submissions once you “Exit” the assessment.

Q7. I have to attend escalations/customer requests/urgent meetings or other business requirements while taking the online tools or I lose internet connection during the tool. Now when I am retrying to complete the task the system is showing it "Completed".
As this is a timed assessment, it is recommended to take the assessment in a single sitting. There is an auto-submission duration after which the responses get submitted automatically.

Q8. I am getting an error after clicking on the submit button. It says - “Hey! It seems your internet connection is not working. Your responses are not saved. Please try submitting them again.”
This is because of intermittent internet connectivity. Please check the internet connection and make sure you have a stable internet.
