What if I have to attend to escalations/customer requests/urgent meetings or other business requirements while taking the online tools or I lose internet connection during the tool?

If you have to attend any urgent meeting then you can close the assessment by closing the browser window directly (by clicking on the cross button on the upper right corner). If your assessment is interrupted in between then to resume it you have to click again on your assessment link given in your email invite. The practice session will start again every time you resume the assessment. Once you complete the practice session, you’ll get redirected to the same page/question where you left the assessment.
