Kindly make sure you’re using a laptop/desktop and the latest Google Chrome/ Mozilla Firefox browser.

If you’re meeting all the requirements, then zoom out the screen or change the browser to full-screen mode.

Shortcut command for Google Chrome/ Mozilla Firefox.

Zoom In: Ctrl + { plus (+)} key

Zoom out: Ctrl + { minus (-)} key

For Macbook - Command-Shift-F

Or you can simply go to “Customize and control Google Chrome” or Mozilla Firefox “Open menu” to get the option to zoom in, zoom out & full screen.
