Getting Started: Accessing the iDev Journey App

Welcome to the iDev Journey! We are excited to support your development. To get started, please follow the instructions below to log into your account and begin your learning modules.

1. Download & Access

You can access the iDev Journey platform via mobile app or web browser:

2. Login Credentials

Please use the following default credentials to log in for the first time.

Username: [Your registered Email ID]

Default Password: Jombay@123

3. Troubleshooting & Best Practices

If you are having trouble logging in, please check the following common issues:

• Watch the Capitalization: The password is case-sensitive. Ensure the letter "J" is capitalized, and the rest are lowercase (e.g., Jombay@123).

• Username Format: Your username must be entered in all lowercase letters. Do not use uppercase letters.

• Check for Spaces: Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after your username or password. This often happens when copying and pasting.
